Yes,
this is an actual picture of a cheeseburger at Big's and yes, it
tastes as good as it looks. They did not dress it up like you will
see in so many food pictures. Somebody ordered it and I asked if I
could take a picture of the burger. Surprisingly they said "sure"
without even asking questions or staring me down (maybe they are
used to that sort of thing). |

In general Big's food is
all good. From the burgers to the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, from the
Husker Club Sandwich to the chicken quesadilla. It is all very good.
Not to mention you get huge portions and a giant pile of steak
and/or curly fries with your meal. |

The
atmosphere at Big's is great! Usually, on the weekends there will be
3 or 4 bands or a DJ playing in the evening. You may want to call
ahead (714) 526-8481 on Friday and Saturday night to see what is
going on before heading over there. |

|
Big's features one of the
only video jukeboxes around. Pick your songs and watch the videos on
1 or more of their well placed tvs.

|

There
are 2 pool tables, video games including a Golden Tee 2005 as well
as a Galaga, A Playboy Pinball Machine and some pretty cute
bartenders. |

Tuesday nights is Blues
night featuring Teddy Lee Hooker and Crossfire. Do not be surprised
if some of the best local Blues players around show up and join in. |

Wednesday night is Bike
Night with raffles and FREE spaghetti, salad and garlic bread,
sponsored by Lifestyle Cycles. |

|
|
Thursday night is Comedy
Night with some of the same comedians you would see on Showtime, HBO
and at comedy clubs across the country, and guess what - it is FREE. |

|
|
Sunday day is Blues
featuring Bob Lesher and Unseen Eye followed by the amazingly
talented one man show, Brett Cain on Sunday Nights. |

|
|
Big's is
also kid friendly on most days until about 8:00 P.M. unless there is
a special event or private party. |
|
|
|
All in
all Big's is a great place. The people are friendly, Terry (the
owner) is always looking for ways to improve people's experience and
they do pour some pretty mean drinks as well. |
